Refund Policy

For any product not downloaded we offer a complete refund within 7 days of purchase.

Once products have been downloaded we may still offer a partial refund however, this is dependant on the reason for the request.

If there is genuine compatability issues with any of our scripts and we have had a chance to offer assistance with the issue, we may offer a refund.

Except when a refund request is made for any un-downloaded products, we reserve the right to offer refunds less 40% of the item fee for products under $10.00 and 25% on all products above $10.00.

Unfortunately there are always going to be people that try different ways to receive something for nothing. We know the vast majority of our visitors are genuine honest customers and we do apolagise for the extra security measures we were forced to implement.
